As I had mentioned before in a previous entry, I very much like to braai so I thought I would share my favorite recipe. I try to braai as much fish as possible, preferably Snoek (a delicious game fish unique to the Cape), Yellow Tail, and Tuna. I make a sauce of white wine, olive oil, lemon and then spice the fish with salt, black pepper, and garlic whilst it is on the coals. Once it’s cooked I pour the sauce on top and enjoy!
